It's weird, when stuff like that is posted about Ron we know it's false: "Yes, it's a journalist making it up" or "misunderstanding" or "taken out of context". But when it's someone else, the papers seem to get it just right.

This falls into the category of someone being interviewed for a foreign publication and trying to keep all doors open....because you don't know what the future holds. Like Ron and Barcelona. But let's put all logic aside and just laugh at Spurs

Even more than this, we are stretching what MP allegedly said. He loves PSG, one of his former clubs apparently. Maybe his French is better than his English. Maybe he loved living in Paris. All he seems to be saying is that it would be his "dream job". Isn't this like someone like St David of Beckham admitting he'd like to manage Man Utd? Except in this case, MP's reputation as a manager is better!
If PSG want a manager (and I don't know the politics of that club) then they'd be stupid to ignore someone who has been so successful at Spurs. Let's face it, this is the nearest that any Spurs team has got to achieving the inflated ambitions of their fans for decades. If MP continued his "home grown" policy at PSG the French FA wouldn't be disappointed either.

An ex-player (sorry, name gone) said yesterday that in his experience teams that just fail do not go on to win the next season, but tend to fall away. Don't know if stats bear that out, but it was certainly true for Liverpool. I think it will also be true for Leicester....the title is a huge achievement, but they may do a Blackburn in the future (hopefully without eventual relegation). Both Spurs and Leicester achieved impetus, but that is hard to repeat.
I agree with the principle here, but Liverpool's problems stemmed from losing Suarez and buying bargain bin players from Southampton! Oh and having a dick of a manager.
