I know this is wrong, but as yorkie mentioned it was on TV last night and Sky have re-started the Harry Potter Channel, Britain has the biggest fictional bank - Gringotts!
Well done my friend... yes all very interesting the Great Chagos bank part of the largest group of atolls in the world and belongs to the UK please log in to view this image please log in to view this image
Belongs to the UK - don't start me on that one. An utterly shameful story of greed, abuse and bullying perpetrated against the Chagos islanders. For their part alone in compounding the islanders' misery, the House of Lords deserves to be disbanded.
Oops the programme I saw was a wildlife programme, said nothing about the depopulation.... I have just read more online..... how awful
OK - a very uick and easy one because I am going out now and would probably forget to set another one. What do Graham Taylor, QSF, Ken Furphy, Aidy Boothroyd and Ray Lewington have in common?
Yes, of course. They are the only managers to have got us to a major semi-final, either FA & League Cup. As well as the FA Cup SF against Southampton in 2003, Ray Lewington got us to a League Cup SF against Liverpool (two 0-1 defeats) and was then sacked 2 months later! GT of course got us to 2 FA Cup SFs at Villa Park but also got us to the League Cup SF in 1979, against Forest (then European Champions). We lost but had our revenge eighteen months later in 1980. Over to you NZ!
Sorry for the delay. What do the following football teams have in common: Southampton, Bristol City, QPR, Leicester City, Blackpool and Watford?
I don't think so. At least it is not what I had in mind. Leicester may be about to be excluded from this group.
