One day, and I hope I live to see it, people will talk about these last few years in Scottish football with a sense of disbelief. And some will hang their heads in shame at the very mention of this sorry episode. Rangers were hounded, persecuted, lied to, lied about, undermined, discriminated against and slandered. The media, SPL, the Political Class and senior figures at several rival clubs conspired to destroy one of the biggest sporting institutions in Europe. Tragically for them- they failed.

That's the most popular post too. "We were solvent" <laugh>

"Celtic have also struggled, leaving the fans to be disgruntled to such an extent that thousands of them are deserting Celtic Park in their droves."

Saw this yesterday, and it covers how thousands of us feel.

"Whatever part of the club is dependant on Rangers I am willing to lose"

Also heard that Sunday will be used to bring resolution 12 to a bigger audience(seems loads of people are still not aware of it) not sure how they intend to go about it, maybe handing out leaflets?

To be fair , was Murdo not telling Huns to move on ?

Yeah, ****ing slick that Level 5 at times, eh? Murdo is the Lee Harvey Oswald of Scottish fitba commentary.

Why is there a full on media campaign, all repeating the same mantra, aimed at getting us (us in particular) to just move on?

If I was sceptical, I would say they were hoping we'd just forget cheating on an industrial scale, because they are only interested in making money from the 'Old firm', not in what's right or fair. If, for example, the rules were applied to the Deady Bears, the very same as they have been to teams like spartans, who wrongly registered A player! that would result in the apple-cart getting booted right over, not just rocked.

Just move on? up yer arse!

Great article.

Can Scottish football just 'move on' at this stage, and leave behind tens of thousands of fans? can a country this size afford to lose so many fans to the game? I'm not so sure. I also think most fans (not just us) are sick to death of the fact that one team, and it is only one, getting treated totally different to all others! I'd happily 'move on' if all these issues were addressed properly, not by way of ****ing secret agreements, or backroom deals, but a real and workable solution found.

Football in this country is at a very real crossroads.

What's to stop sevco overspending , winning 10 in a row, going bust and doing a 3 year penance before claiming all the titles...

“Hopefully, Mark Warburton gets the same opportunities that Walter Smith had – and he’ll have to because Celtic, in my mind, will show a reaction to Rangers coming back. Like they do in most seasons previously before the troubles, they always invested in players. They have to do that next season.”

Walter Smith once again proving Darwin's theory that huns are utter ****ing spastics.
