Swimming, I think I'd rather get fat. Can't stand swimming, it's like being in a big, cold bath with a load of other people.

My father in law used to go swimming at his local health club, he'd swim for about 3 minutes then get out and go and order eggs Benedict and a pastry from the cafe, like he'd earned it.

I love swimming, but haven't done it since last October when I was swimming down the Cat and Dog Steps at Roker Beach..

The only time I would ever 'love' swimming, is if I was swimming to the pool bar on holiday.

Best biscuits for me are these butter biscuits covered in a quite dark milk chocolate I get from Tesco. The chocolate's almost as thick as the biscuit itself, fit.

Don't know what they're called exactly, think they're German in origin but I don't hold it against them.

This 100%. I've been told by the physio to take up swimming since I've knacked my ankle.

I'd rather **** in my hands and clap than go swimming with all the old people and kids that piss in the pool.

Some good shouts on here. Garibaldi a blast from the past - used to love that stuff.

I think Tel and myself would have a good 'biscuit-off', if we got the chance. I'd be adding shortbread, esp caramel shortbread, dutch caramel waffles, chunky kit-kats, penguins, dominoes (mint cream orios) and these biccies called lotus which are a kind of caramelised ginger snap. they're dangerously 'bit-sized' and addictive as **** - I've just made meself a massive cup of tea whilst they're staring me in the face from the biscuit jar..... bastards.

They don't count. Cakes go hard when they go stale, biscuits go soft. A Jaffa Cake is exactly that. A cake <sorry> They don't come close to the best cake either.

Hobnob is my all time favorite. I have a saying. There's only one biscuit better than a Hobnob and that's a Chocolate Hobnob.

Anybody out there who loves a biscuit with backbone like me? Have you tried these?

I was going to ask if you`d mentioned this to her but obviously not.
    You`re still alive.

Digestives for dunking, otherwise those minty penguin types are quite palatable.

not seen them ones before, might have to go on a raiding session down the biccies aisle tonight, looking like i could have a new favourite if they are as nice as they look.
