West Ham 3 - 3 Arsenal - best result possible for us to have them both pegged back. Now all we need is for West Brom to do the business, not impossible given £££££'s midweek efforts in the CL.

Great result but can LVG take advantage? First things first we need to build a gap between us and West Ham. Then look to overhaul City.

Even Arsenal could be taken (hard but possible)

Are you the speech writer for LVG? I expect him to come out with that tomorrow before we lose to spurs.

Anything from 2nd to 4th is potentially ours for the taking given how poor the three above us have been. As Chief said in the match thread, a win against Spurs and the gap is effectively three points to second.

But then we seem unable to take anything in a convincing manner right about now.

On a flight to anywhere. They have Cliff's "We're all going on a summer holiday" playing as their season is over anyway.

I wonder just how long it will be before the Kremlin Gangsta decides to dump the Chavs and finds a new toy to play with............something like Cyprus for example. New stadium costs looming, TV revenues falling, prize money non-existent - frustrating times for any owner, especially gangsters who are notoriously unpredictable

Tbf in order for him to sell, somebody has to buy. Whoever does, will likely also be a mega rich owner.

Qatar - they could buy it, they already own most of Kensington and Chelsea and given the team's history the pitch could become a summer season parking lot for all those understated gold Lambos. That would be a fitting and ever so slightly ironic end.

WBA ahead for a minute or two. Now 1 - 1 and two points the difference between us and £££££............dare we dream? Oh no, that means we keep LvG !!

Love the way the City supporters have packed the ground out in order to help the team get top 4

Largely irrelevant to us tbh. Win tomorrow and we are three points from 2nd and in the driving seat. Lose and we are probably ****ed for 4th.

By my reckoning, win tomorrow puts us on 56 points - 6 points off second, 3 from third and still a point from 4th. We needed ££££ to slip up today. Just supposing ££££ leap-frog Arsenal the gooners have a vastly superior goal difference to ours

If we win tomorrow, which we won't, I fully expect LVG to claim that we can still win the league.

Not necessarily, this is the first time since October that City have won back to back PL games. Our priority is to win tomorrow and put space between us and West Ham. Iirc Chelsea play City next. That's our best opportunity to overtake them. I don't think Chelsea will lose.
