Our Troy set a club record by scoring 20+ a season, for three consecutive seasons. He ain't gonna score 20+ this season. He's playing against world-class defenders now. How many of them do you find in the Championship?

Hi bors, when we signed Lafferty I asked a GER friend of mine his assessment, and he replied that Lafferty would offer 90 minutes effort but that he was nothing exceptional. Am pleased for his sake he is getting on field experience that will help him when he plays for NI.

When we play Arsenal live on BT at 5.30 - Newcastle host Palace on the same day with a 3pm kick off.

Comment in today's EDP - So far in 2016 - Villa have taken 8 points, as have Newcastle and Watford. Palace have taken just 3!!!
