Aye, the US raided a compound in the middle of Pakistan - to pretend they killed him (he was already dead apparently) when they could have achieved exactly the same result by claiming to have killed him in the Tora Bora mountains.

Daft Yanks.

How do you maintain support for occupying Afghanistan if you killed Osama early on?

Morons need a bogey man

<laugh> As far as everyone knew he was still in Afghanistan, no?

Nobody said they needed to claim to have killed him "early on", they could have said he was still there until the day he was killed by the Seals.

everyone?

am sure i told you on here he wasnt there way before they said he was in pakistan

There is no doubt he was killed in pakistan in that raid, just there is a different story from his wife and witnesses from there.

remember we were lead to believe he was a feeble old guy with kidney problems. never happened. it was to make him appear weak to the masses in USA etc

i am **** at geography generally and maps and co ordinates, so pointless asking me to give you co ordinates

If you insist on getting a lay out, best i can do is take you. google earth is ****e from them ways

So how do you know a retired US Colonel lived a mile away? How do you know said US Colonel must have known OBL lived in a certain house if you don't even know the topography/layout of this apparent 1 mile radius?

<laugh>

Ffs I live in a village and there's people who live 5 ****ing doors away who could be members of a cult for all I know.

<confused> So why is it of any import who lived less than mile away?

What's this retired US Colonel got to do with it?

Thick ****, i said i can take you there, just cant read it off some map you found online

FFS i know my home address back there but i cant tell you the co ordinates, can take you there and show you where everyone lives though

Or maybe he was being put up in comfy surroundings, making movies Iron Man3 style until THEY decided the enemy were looking far too human so created the bond baddies ISIS to darken out dreams/line their pockets

It wasnt exactly the secret it was made out to be.

The Pakistani secret services knew and if they knew then so did USA. simples as they pretty much work for them anyway

Funny how a few arabs turned up there a while before the whole operation and they were lifted by pakistan SS and ended up in US prisons

I'll ask again, what has a retired US Colonel got to do with all of this nonsense?

oh dear what?

There is a hospital on the road i was born on back home, if i google earth I get a distant picture with a tag on the spot where the hospital is but cant see my house. its not even half a mile away

ask me for coordinates and i dont know them.

And why the **** did a US colonel retire to Pakistan? For the quality of life? Internet access? If he wanted to live in the arse end of nowhere, why didn't he just move to Montana?
