Neither. Started off as a resolution of sorts then became more of a "prove it to yourself" kind of thing, followed by a moral high ground arrogance which has mellowed into a Karma type vibe. Never even fancied a bevvy since I quit. Not really recovering as I wasn't a total pissy-pants to start with, just got bored of it. I still buy rounds, I'm not a skinflint.
