I refer you to my previous answer: "I guarantee that a fair percentage of those sales are to people who will never go to any games themselves and will sell the tickets on. Alternatively, they are to fans of other clubs who will use 1 match a season and sell on the others. The amount of football tourism in London is large but by January there'll be some wide open spaces." Selling, yes. Filling, I very much doubt it. Next time read the whole thing.
I did read the whole thing. I personally don't see a reason as to why they won't fill it. Cheap seats, good team, nice stadium, big club. It all points to selling out.
Mahrez had possession and Vertonghen dragged him down while taking this ankle. Clear penalty. Very convenient of you to forget.
"West Ham will have a full house for the first game of next season. How many times after that this will be the case, I haven't got a clue." <fixed>
Yeah, I've just rewatched it and Mahrez pulls his shirt first: http://www.fullmatchesandshows.com/...vs-tottenham-hotspur-highlights-full-match/#3 About 42 minutes into the game in the first half footage. I remember being very annoyed at that twat Trevor Francis failing to notice something so obvious. Kane then goes up the other end and gets pushed over by Morgan. No foul.
A real issue re West ham is that as they are only paying £2.5m per year to rent the stadium they can afford to give away seats to fill it. The problem with this is that it will inevitably affect Leyton Orient. If you want to take your kid to a match you are more likely to pay 20 quid for yourself and a fiver per kid to see a premier league match than pay 30 quid and 15 quid per kid as it is half the price. Orient need to charge more as they have less TV and merchandise money coming in so won't be able to compete. I wonder how long they will last.
A team having to give away tickets cheaply for every single match is not a team that can fills its stadium. Perhaps you should use the smiling poop emoji in future, it's a far more accurate representation of the stuff you post.
Does anyone hear some rustling in that cornfield over there? In other news, this thread's suddenly improved dramatically, and all I had to do was hit a certain button...
Does saying the same thing over and over and over again get wearisome? I see Leicester won 1-0 on Sunday.
