Anyone remember when Bill Nicholson made Martin Chivers sit up in the stand and watch Geoff Hurst, to see how a real centre-forward should play?

The same. Chivers was ridiculously talented, but Nicholson used to get frustrated with him, and often dig him out in the media. None of this loyalty-to-your-players business with Nick. In those days players didn't have agents to get on their case, and Chivers just had to take it on the chin.

I have got to say, ITTV is on its arse. Attention-seeking Nigel (Incorruptible Spouter) had to resort to creating a new User name on Charlton Life this week to get the attention he craves <doh>

Of the other handful of regulars, SeriouslyAnal still thinks we will stay up if we lose 6-0 at QPR on Saturday, and BexleyBoy has been slapped with an ASBO for stalking Chris Powell.

I heard a strong rumour yesterday that if Cardiff are promoted to the Premier League, owner Vincent Tan has asked the Club's No.1 fan- Reams- to create and moderate a new message board for Bluebird's fans.

The working title for Reams' new Cardiff message board is "I look like Russell Slade's crack" <cheers>
