    What annoyed me was as the horse was picking up down the home straight he had two choices - get a clear run down the outside......or try and squeeze through three horses on the inside.....

    Of course he chose the latter and ended any chance the horse had of challenging.

    I reckon connections will be well satisfied with that on seasonal debut in preparation for the turf campaign. Just shy of £1400 quid in prize money will keep the ol boy in carrots for a while (Squire that is not Stick).
