Agree with this maybe you'd think JT would be slightly the more likely to succeed being captain and showing great leadership qualities for so long.

Now I see this as causing quite a stir but I would liken Terry's influence during the Bentiez reign as the same during Di Matteo's. Was Roberto really a tactically astute manager who out foxed the greatest footballing minds and teams in Europe? Not really. Did we win the CL that year because of the rub of the green and sheer force of will? More likely. When it comes down to it, a longer run as manager would soon see whether or not Terry has the capability. For me, right now, I don't think he has.

Very odd OP.

Why connect the two players? Because they are both one club players? Because they are both adulterers?

As it goes, Giggs currently has the better chance of a managerial career simply because his club have shown faith in him. Terry has been dumped by his club.

What's faith of a club got to do with it? Both have next to no experience and are never going to be given a chance by their respective clubs until they have gained experience elsewhere. But then we have come to expect stupid comments from plastics.

Why do you think that Queenie? Guardiola's first managerial job was at his own club. Barca showed faith in him. United have shown faith in Giggs, whether that's right or wrong. Chelsea have dumped Terry, probably for good reason after such a car crash season. Fakhts.

For future reference, I love it when you and the Old Chavs resort to the plastics "jibe". Shows you're rattled and out of ideas. Plastics!

How stupid must you be? We are not talking about other clubs but just ours! United havent shown giggs any faith, theyve just let him sit next to the manager but makes no decisions.

There's no way united or Chelsea would allow a rookie control a major club perhaps only in your pea sized brain you see this as a possibility.

Why do you think Chelsea and United wouldn't do that but Barca would? Do you think Chelsea and United are bigger clubs than Barca?

"You're stupid" isn't a very plausible explanation. It suggests you're floundering for an answer when presented with indisputable facts. It wouldn't be the first time though. Perhaps you could start ranting about pikies and nonces to stress your poorly thought through argument?

Who said we were bigger than barca? Youre the one that suggests that. Theres no way giggs will ever get through the turnstile to the managers job at yours.

Maybe if hes successful at a number of smaller clubs first it could be a possibility but it wont happen. Look what an abject failure Charlton was!

"

Why would Barca do this but Chelsea and United wouldn't? Do you not consider Barca to be a major club?

What has Charlton's managerial career got to do with Terry and/or Giggs's potential as managers?

Shown faith in him? 2 managers since Fergie with another on the way? Not a sniff for Giggs. Oh, as I've already pointed out, you're a not very young man in his 40's. <ok>

They've kept Giggs on the staff. That's a stark contrast to the way in which Chelsea have treated Terry. First they chased their greatest manager out and now they're dumping their most successful captain. Absolute fakhts.

The tea lady, along with the groundsman and programme sellers are on the staff. Not much of a recommendation really.
