so teixteria and ilori not in training camp official word is "Liverpool duo Joao Carlos Teixeira and Tiago Ilori are hoping to take part in the Olympic Games in Brazil later this year. The pair didn’t travel to Tenerife for the Reds’ warm weather training camp this week because they were invited to link up with the Portugal Under-23s squad. Both Teixeira and Ilori are keen to represent their nation at the Olympics – meaning they would miss the start of the 2016/17 campaign. The 16-team Olympic football tournament is scheduled to take place between August 4 and August 20. It’s an under-23s competition with each team allowed a maximum of three overage players. Teixeira and Ilori are each classed as under-23 having only turned 23 since the start of 2016." Real word is they are tosh and going this summer.

i could have told him that like yeah.. going to portugal was more important to get a new club than go train with klopp.

the guy has not got the physical attributes for prem. simple. He's fast, very injury prone but talented but if you are lightweight in the prem you are going to get destroyed. Matip coming.. the two young lads you linked earlier in the week.. monsters. klopp gets it.
If (and it's a big If) we get Sule and Tah, then that will pave the way for another exit IMO. Sakho, Matip, Tah, Sule and Gomez. Is there any need for Skrtel or Lovren?
Sule plays for Hoffenheim and I think he has a small release clause if they are relegated. Even then, I don't think they'll command too much money. Tah will cost quite a bit though. But both are worth is - we could build our defence around them for years.
Klopp did something similar at Dortmund - albeit Subotic and Hummels were in their early 20's. Don't think he's afraid to throw youngsters in.
