A bomb goes off in Turkey and no one blinks, a bomb goes off in Brussels and everyone loses their minds.
ISIS are getting their asses kicked in Syria-Iraq, so these attacks are more out of desperation by them than anything else.
It's bad for the victims, but still doesn't change the fact that they are doing this out of desperation because they're losing more territory everyday, not to mention thousands of fighters, leaders, and millions of $$$.

As a second generation Irish kaflik I am just grateful that there was no internet in the 70s and 80s! I genuinely sympathise with people like yourself
