    Championship Tom Heaton replaces Hart.

Can you imagine a Championship John Ruddy replacing a GK when he was playing really well? Of course not. Don't understand. Rashford mentioned for England after 3 games, Redmond played well for a lot of games in his various seasons, and no-one mentions his name. Never fails to amaze. Lindegaard plays about 5 games, and he gets talk of a call up too. Would either of those United players even get acknowledged if they played the same games with same performances for Norwich?! Of course they f**king wouldn't.

If Mike Ashley was our owner, I would already hate him as well, just like all the Newcastle fans. This would not in any way win me over, especially in such a time of need. This was hard reading, even for a neutral (or unneutral as I want them to plummet!)

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/35865092

That would fill me with NO confidence what so ever. It just sounds to me like "I've made a commitment, I've wasted too much money, I'm stuck with it now"

What about the bad week Kruse of Wolfsburg had? So much went wrong.

The only thing that stuns me is:

    NUTELLA ADDICTION!?!?

What?! How!? Why?!......It made me laugh out loud, that bit.

Some snippets from today's BBC gossip column -
    1. Leicester City are to receive a significant boost this week with Claudio Ranieri’s two key assistants set to sign new contracts. Head of recruitment Steve Walsh and coach Craig Shakespeare will commit to the club until 2018 after agreeing improved terms.
The duo have played huge roles in Leicester’s incredible rise towards the Premier League title, which continued against Crystal Palace on Saturday with a fourth 1-0 win in their last five games.
Understatement of the year!!! Arsenal tried to lure them away!!!

    2. Newcastle favourite David Ginola believes the Magpies need to be relegated from the Premier League to ‘start from scratch’ and build a better team for the future. Read more at http://talksport.com/football/newca...magpies-hero-david-ginola#Pc3c0RofMZwGJ53a.99

Now, let me think, HMQC, that would benefit both those "giant" clubs, and "little ol' Norwich "would be forced to stay in the EPL I could live with that scenario. Ibelieve we should win all our remaing games for their benefit.

Whilst I take your point and it is a load of horse jobbie that these players get called up purely on club not merit. I'm not sure Redmond has ever put in a consistent enough spell to be considered for the senior side. They see him first hand in the U21's and he has done alright there. So he is on their radar just not got there yet.

    Bah!

Maybe 'ironic' would have been a more appropriate word to use as both were deemed not good enough for this division by AN.

I don't think they were deemed "not good enough," I think it's more a case of "don't fit our style of play!"
