Yeh for sure but Moshiri didn't make millions being daft he can see what's happened over 2 seasons in the league we have been gash that should be considered more than a cup run/win..

He must be a dead man walking I bet even the most anti Everton in Astro would admit that our squad should be higher than we are in the league?

Higher but I'm not sure of the claims that you should be at least top 6. I think there are massive weaknesses in your squad and a few overrated areas, I'd say you are a 7th-8th best team in the league and maybe you could get a little higher if you had a season where everything goes your way but not much.

You're a strange lot....as has been said...you going forward look great on flow.

But you've succumbed like a lot of us to this attacking FB nonsense that only works if your entire team is class...

It's the stupidest idea to sink in to the PL teams...none of them.are good at it...

There's plenty who'd jump at the chance of managing Everton with a new backer in place and that squad to work with.

Personally, I'd like to see us start at the best available and work down. The best that's currently available is Mourinho.

Attacking full backs are just part of the modern game, but, allowing both of them to bomb forwards - as opposed to the mittens on strings concept - where 1 goes forwards and the other stays back, leaves us exposed to anything punted over the top and the quick counter. We've been done numerous times with both this season

I sit there thinking wtf, virtually every week under this clown. Today tipped me.

I'd agree you should be higher, but based on what you spend on wages rather than the actual players you currently have. Your squad is thin and Lukaku is famously far too inconsistent.

You've thrown away a 2-0 lead 7 times. Assume you should have only thrown it away once or twice with a proper manager, and that's about where you should be. But not massively higher than you currently are.

We are ****e at defending crosses but whenever Baines plays he plays wide when going forward and whilst defending hugs Funes Mori or the edge of the box and can't close down the cross....getting tiresome now

We've chucked away about a dozen points - at least. We should be top 6

You've chucked away some of those points because your squad isn't good enough. All teams could look back on a season and say we should've won that game, shouldn't have lost that etc. but football is about the points you do pick up, not the ones you miss out on. The league table doesn't lie.

If we only threw away a 2 goal lead the once or twice with a proper manager we would have won 5 or 6 more games and we would be in 3rd or 4th lol that's massively higher than where we are <laugh>

Realistically with our squad we should be 5th to 8th comfortable IMO

All opinions will vary of course I mean who honestly said Leicester would finish top 4 if not champs?

Bollocks

Our back line has 3 England internationals, an Argentine international and Coleman

We've spewed games late on due to the tactics not the personnel
