I think today showed me we need pace and craft. We didn't give Abel a sniff. I'd not knock signing him, but we need the guile and speed to provide the service. Another lad up top won't be the answer, but it can't hurt
I think he'd be perfect to be honest. Great target man who we can lump the ball up to and lay off to Abel. Would be a proper second striker allowing Diame to shift back to midfield where he plays his best football.
Agree, he offers something we don't have and for his size is good in the air and with the ball at his feet
Where is this from?? If the **** would actually move or make a run into space it would be nice. I know actually challenging for a ball is out of his remit but you know a bit of positive effort is always nice.
His imagination. I'm not familiar with the Lambert of recent seasons so will ask others who know better... is he too slow now? Is he match fit? Has he actually scored in the last 5 years? I know we need some goals from somewhere but is a target man needed?

but bruce would start him on the bench and throw him on with the other 2 forwards when we revert to plan desperation
