That young kid Villa brought on Andre Green couldn't half take a corner. Wonder how much we'd have to pay for him?

His set-piece taking ability will go to pot the moment he touches a Spurs shirt; it's just the natural order of things.

I know it's been said elsewhere but looking at the set of fixtures prior to the international break, we're looking at what could be a defining week results wise:

Everton v Arsenal
Palace v Leicester
Chelsea v West Ham
City v United
Spurs v B'mouth

No disrespect to B'mouth but I'd say that we have by far the easiest fixture of the lot. Come the beginning of April, Jan and Njie should be back which is a massive boost, and we'll be well positioned to really push for the title in the home stretch.

He was pretty good, wasn't he? Arguably their best player despite only playing half an hour or so. Villa in fairness didn't play as bad as what I expected them too but there's no cutting edge to that side, incredible how far they've dropped when it wasn't too long ago that it was us, Everton and them as the best sides outside of the top four. It looks like he could be one of their young stars in the Championship next season, similar to what Fulham have done with Dembele, Woodrow etc. That little cameo against us, in today's market, immediately slaps a £5m asking price on his head.

And before these fixtures even begin, city have lost Kompany and Otamendi to injury tonight.
