The Dyson DC41 mk2 Animal has a max capacity of 2.11litres, so even 'a couple' combined to give 4.22 litres would surely not be big enough .
Add to that the problem ,a maximum reach of 14 metres each then no it wouldn't be sufficient to clear the dust from two 110 story buildings let alone WTC 7 as well.

A fair point well made.

A couple thousand brushes and dustpans seems to be logical solution in that case.
