FFS Villa - what a shower of 5hite you lot are - all you had to do was beat £££££, or at least draw..............away, when you haven't scored even an own goal at home in 9 years ........................

All good, but ££££ are tearing the ar5e out of goal difference now - something that could prove crucial at the end of the day

Arsenal is a more likely target than City. If we win tomorrow, we would be two points behind them. But I haven't seen us win three league games in forever that I can't even dream of it.

Great, now we're 6th - 1pt behind the mighty Hammers. More than ever, tomorrow is a must win game if we are to have the remotest chance of the CL next year

Ref saved Liverpool. Never a penalty but that's the luck they always get.

Didn't see it but the pundits on the radio, including an ex-Liverpool player, said Benteke should get a 5 match ban for cheating!

Ahhh you know what, you get what you're given. If you're Crystal Palace, 1-0 up against 10 men at home and can't see out the game then you deserve everything you get. Much as it may piss me off at the manner of the victory, you can't fault Livpl for that.

Did you see Lawro trying to wind his neck in on the BBC website today? Said his immediate reaction was it was a dive, but after viewing it from multiple angles he can see a tiny bit of contact which means it's a penalty, even tho' it was nowhere near enough to knock Benteke over.

So apparently Ashley Young hasn't been diving all these years, those tiny love taps he gets from the opposition are clear cut penalties... <doh>

I love the 'there was contact argument'.

Here was me thinking it had to be a foul.

Especially the "you can see there was contact after you zoom it right in and slow it down from the correct camera angle".

If you have to fish that much to find the contact, you are essentially admitting it was nowhere near enough to count as a foul.
