You mentioned inherited. Won't there be probate fees on solicitor being executor going on? Every month goes by could be costing on that too.

No idea on probate (that's only for disputes) but there are five or six siblings that inherited a share

If there's no will someone has to be executor of estate and if any of them wanted a bigger chunk then it gets messy. If one of the 6 didn't take it on then a solicitor is charging them maybe for the privilege.

Easy if there is a will though.

I don't know their situation as I don't know who they are. Can't say I care either tbh

Once the game ended today I got out of bed, had a quick bite and then went for a long walk at a nearby state forest.

Less than a 1/4 of a mile in I come across a large family speaking in a foreign language. One of them asks me to take a photo... I agree and walked to the guy holding the camera...

"No.. No... With us" they said putting arms around me.

They proceeded to take 3 or 4 photos with me and joke about me being their American cousin. (I didn't have the heart to tell them that I'm not American). They were from Burma. Didn't get much more out of them because their English wasn't perfect.

Quite odd.
