inept at his job and has a specific agenda, why are we hiring black managers when the best candidates are white and are overlooked. What a shambles this club has become Thanks for the playing days but please fook of now les and stick your Rooney rule up your backside.
I don't think this came into the recruitment decision of JFH. We can perhaps bemoan the absence of a wider pool of talented, interested candidates to select from; but I don't think that was influenced in any way by ethnicity.
As neither black nor white managers are working I'd like us to employ Steve Evans who evolves from red to purple during each match.
I don't think it's a racist thing i believe it's a poor decision thing by Les. It saddens me that fans say "i have written off this season" which most did in January because it shows just how bad our club is. We are a relegated Premiership club in a poor division and we cannot even compete with a bottom 3 team? Hull and Burnley manage to compete at the top and we can't at the bottom. We make mistake after mistake and it won't be any different next season and those who think it will are really deluded. JFH is not the right manager for us and has proved in his short time here that he cannot get the team playing. Next season will be another write-off and JFH will probably be out by Xmas and we will no doubt bring in another wrong manager. I cannot wait to see Polter/Mackie/Washington as our front line next season. I can see all the other teams quaking in their boots.
Burnley bought Gray for £10 million and we sold Charlie Austin. Yeah our seasons are comparable, come on.
Ever stop to think that perhaps LF and JFH aren't the problem, and that the pathetic lack of patience shown in the (frankly racist) original post is indicative of a fan base that demands instant success and isn't willing to let anyone build something? Which in turn feeds into the attitude and actions of Tony Fernandes, who is far more guilty than either LF or JFH.
Hate to admit but I've been thinking for a while that fans are a big, big part of the problem. Don't get me wrong there are some genuine heroes out there who traipse around the country come rain or shine but the idiot element seem to be taking over the asylum. For me Les Ferdinand is doing good things, taking the club in the right direction, you can't blame him for everything.
Exactly and we replaced Charlie with whom? Once again another mass change around of playing staff for QPR.
No choice really on that one. He wanted to go to Southampton and it was £4m now or nothing for a player probably injured for most of the rest of the season. To get Washington, who may or may not be a good signing, and £1.5m or so in the bank seems like good business in hindsight.
TBH you cannot blame the fans for moaning because we lost at MK f'ing Dons? To keep giving inept performances is not the fans fault. You just have to read the posts on twitter of fans that went today saying how cr@p we were again. I pay good money for my season ticket and good money when i travel. As a fan, i have a right to say i am not happy. I don't want to be a sheep that is happy watching that dross every week without saying something. This is no way the fault of the fans.
I only hope Les or someone else can explain this ludicrous inconsistency. On the face of it it seems like players who are able to turn in decent performances one week look like no-hopers the next when the tactics are changed (yet again).
That's not the sum of what Herts said. He added that "the best candidates are white". Firstly, I'd be interested in hearing how Herts got hold of the applicants list to the post and who on that list was a better choice than JFH. Secondly, I'd be interested in hearing what qualifications Herts has to choose between those candidates. Thirdly, it would be interesting to hear what part of JFH's track record - promotion from League Two, taking the same team to the top of League One the next year, gaining his coaching badges and experience in Holland - that Herts has an issue with. Finally, it would be interesting to hear from Herts whether JFH is unique in QPR manager's over recent years of struggling to deliver to the squad's potential, or whether that has been a consistent theme despite having vastly different managers over recent years. Once I have satisfactory answers to the above, I'll be happy to think of Herts' statements as not being racially motivated.
