Was gutted I couldn't go today. Would have been more gutted if I had. What is wrong with our team?

Why? It's not going to be the same team next year anyway. Give as many players as possible a chance to play from here on in. That way the management is in the best position to decide who to keep, and where to play them.
Results are irrelevant at the moment. We need to see the bigger picture and stop being short sighted.

Bloody worrying if that is next year's team. Henry and Toszer can't work.

Okay.. what happened at half time
First half....was ours..at half time I was thinking, only a matter of time....
Team late out.with Hall off...so while back 4 is shifted out of starting positions..
Immediately MK on front foot....which we never recovered from

What happened at half time

Konchesky came on. Never a good sign.

I don't know why so many moan get rid of Les/JFH, he's basically working with a squad that we know isn't good enough. Let him see what different combinations do and he can clear the dross out at the end of the season. I'm with Grinners here, I've given up on this season and couldn't give a shyte either...
Disagree completely....we have some decent players. The Manager has to get the best out of them. We all know Warnock would have and got many more points on the board.

That is a total fob off, he has had about 15 games and we are dire

I didn't go today, a split decision for me, given that it's the closest match for me this season. As such, I'm fairly indifferent about the result.

I'm sure if I did go, I'd feel like I did coming out of the ground after listening to the Fulham faithful reminding us 'it's happening again'.

I guess like most, I have written off this season. We're not going up. Nor going down. That said, I'll be there on Tuesday - but cannot make it on Saturday.

Normally I'd care more, but there's nothing really to care about this season; perhaps next season will be like this too. I hope not.

Just got back and had a spot of dinner before I logged on. First half we were OK. Apart from their number 23 flinging himself on the floor at every opportunity, there was very little to get excited about. He must be the only footballer with a cauliflower arse!

Second half we were piss poor. They came out of the traps quicker than us and more determined. Poor refereeing and a 54IT linesman didn't help, but we were bloody awful as well.

I've said it before and I'll say it again, we lack guts, spirit and determination.

JFH said recently that we were hard to beat. Not on today's evidence we ain't.

very worrying performances, my only hope is JFH is trying out players/combinations before making a decision who goes, who stays. Meanwhile us poor fans have to suffer :emoticon-0106-cryin

Today we were bloody awful, to slow in build up and hoofing it to Washington who had no chance of winning it against a defender a foot taller. Yes we need to rebuild but after good performance last week needed to continue to push on and should have put out same team. Who is going to want to come and play for us next season if we continue to be this dire.

Bit early for that I think. Looked / looks very unlikely but we certainly had a chance of a top 6 place before today's loss, and it's not totally gone with today's results. Therefore we should have our best team out, and other than a possible injury to Holler who he could have to effect replaced with Nasser, the other 2 changes seemed unecessary when we played well last week.

Difficult to know whether last Saturday was a blip against Birmingham, or if the blip was today

The atmosphere was very flat bar a few minutes in the second half, and I felt worryingly ambivalent myself about the afternoon. I saw little on the pitch to get me excited, and I suspect the majority of our fans felt similar

Too much of our play seemed to involve wanting to keep possession by playing the ball square or backwards, or simply hoofing the ball aimlessly upfield

I'm fearful of what Derby will do to us on Tuesday

Smithies- had very little to do and seemed fine

Perch- average but that's an improvement. Had a good shot blocked by a hand quite blatantly while the gormless linesman watched on. Unfortunately had our best chance with a free header in the first half from a corner which he attacked with all the conviction of Adam Johnson entering the Wormwood Scrubs showers.

Actually the whole defence was just ok and not much to comment on any of them.

Henry and Toszer is such a slow, ponderous pairing, always behind the ball, no dynamism. Luongo was busy and the only player who looked like creating anything.

Khayati showed a few neat flicks but was a bit airy fairy and ineffective. Chery, out of position again, was awful and bloody lazy at times. Washington had no service but put a shift in and did what he could. He had a great chance from a corner after five minutes which he fluffed. Like him or hate him, we're a much better team with Polter.

MK Dons are a team crying out to be bullied and we picked a team of tarts who, unsurprisingly, played like tarts. The referee didn't help, denying us a blatant penalty and giving them two extremely soft ones, but did we even have a shot on target?

Great summary Wats. I wouldn't disagree with one word of that.

I would add that I think the Chairman of Peterborough must be laughing his rocks off at the amount of money we spent on Washington. He's not worth 350k never mind 3.5m.

The results for the remainder of the season mean nothing, we are not going up nor down. I'd like to think JFH is using the games left to assess the squad ahead of the summer when he can do something about it. Disappointing to lose today but end of the world it isn't.
