Funnily enough I had leek, bacon and mushroom flan courtesy of M&S, Aunt Beesies midweek roasts and peas for my tea. I have written flan but just looked at the box and it says quiche....I definitely would say it was a flan!
Age can be a very thin line, but I say quiche.
