Out Sam 10-2

could be thrown in off 139, experience a concern but similar lightly raced types have won the race in the past

If anyone is interested, the final batch of entries for the Festival have been released along with the weights for the Handicaps. I've put the links up in the Entries/Weights thread.

Many thanks Princess. Already got the 2 on Tuesday sorted - Theatre Guide and Killer Crow. Easy this <laugh>

One that stood out was Salubrious for Paul Nicholls but I shall leave all handicap races until the day.

Stick, just seen that EMBANKMENT is running in the opener at Kempers today. He is running in a class 6 for the first time ever. Currently around 9/1 so ew possibilities. How do you/yard rate his chances. Hopefully he can break on terms for once.

In this grade, off this mark and with the right man in the saddle he has to have an outstanding chance. The break really isn't a concern as he is a closer. He wouldn't have any more chance of winning if he got out in front.
His stalling is a mental thing by the way. He had an injury a few years ago and he associates the kicking off from the stalls with what hurt him. He has had dozens of stall starts at home and he is never going to be any different.
I backed him last night at twelves and might put some dosh in my betfair account to back him in running tonight!

Point North, 2.20 at Wolverhampton, having just watched the replay of his LTO performance over the trip
Golden Investment, 2.30 at Bangor ( considered some on all McCain horses today if I'm honest )

Also, can Southwell fibresand form be transferred to Tapeta by the excellent Edgar in the 3.30 at Wolverhampton ? Hmm, not sure, not sure ... up in trip too.

I think the fav in the first (theatrical style) is pretty solid bet has been placed the last three times and looks like a good opportunity to have his first win this season. Form looks very strong and is back in handicap company after running in a novice lto also yard had a couple of winners today so looking good

BOOOOOOM!! <party>
