I think the board ( mainly the Morgan s ) Have become far too complacent and are using the club to their own advantage, Now ok to a degree there is not much wrong with that but you have to put the club first, To me they are not doing this and the only standards that have slipped are the ones in the Boardroom, I am very close to some senior trust members and i was told there have been nothing but rows since the end of last season and a couple have threatened to quit and look for another club. The Morgan s are very powerful Business people in Swansea and have bags of influences and one of the biggest arguments is to do with expanding the stadium as they could have done a lot more in getting a settlement to go through to at least make start on the extension but instead put the plan on the back burner while also admitting they have other private projects. I want if they are not going to put the club first to sell to some fresh blood who are keen and appreciate what we have in Swansea and the potential it has to offer. I thank them for their past efforts but it has to be 100% effort and not 50% as we are witnessing what 50% effort does to a club.....Get this Extension back as priority and get it built or sell up to someone who will....

Not sure when all the crap went down with Morgan and Dyer but .....
In the 2013 - 2014 season and up till August 30 of the 2014 -2015 season , Bony played 37 Premier League games and scored 16 goals .
During the same time frame , Dyer played 30 games and scored 9 goals .......2nd highest goal scorer on the team during that time .
 
Dyers has a lot of friends in the squad, Monk shipping him out under instruction from the board, would not have gone down well, I thought at the time it was a very strange one, but all this now explains a hell of a lot, and why performances dropped off a cliff.

This would also explain the sudden need for 'Certain Board members' wanting to cash out to those Yanks some month's back, clearly Morgan's divorce from his wife would need him to realise some capital, no doubt in my mind that it is the Morgan's that want out, lets hope it happens, don't want anyone on the board making decisions that adversely effect our club, besides he's clearly not committed anymore, and the sooner he's out the better, hope his Mrs takes the slimy bugger to the cleaners. A shameful episode that is clearly not in the best interest of our Club..........<ok>



PS: This would also explain Nathan's drop in form last season, it must be said also that Huw Jenkins while seemingly closing ranks in support of Morgan, has jeopardised our season by not sanctioning Morgan for conduct not befitting a board member, so much for Swansea City's high standards.

Money is a huge attraction for most women and by looks i would not say Dyer is the best catch in the world but he is a wealthy man and that was his major factor but when she met Morgan who is as ugly as they come he looked more appealing as he has far more money than dyer.....I hate these money grabbing bitches i really do....

Make no mistake, the off field goings on coupled with Monk trying to re invent the wheel and believing his own hype has culminated in an almost disasterous premier league season for the Swans.

Morgan has undone 10yrs of hard off field work, Monk has undone 8 yrs of style,ethos,technique and identity on the field and Huw has signed paint by numbers run of the mill footballers who don't seem much of an upgrade on what we got rid off of what is already there .

This needs to be a wake up call for all concernced , if we survive this season, a lot at SCFC need to look at what they really want,seems most are sulking because they couldn't cash in to the Yanks.
