LVG may as well send out the youth team. The numerous players he's brought in recently have done as well, if not better, than the first teamers. The one thing I will give him credit for is his readiness to give young players a chance. Other managers, including the man who is supposedly our next manager, would rather play with ten men than draft in a youth team player.
Fair play to the CDB for giving your youth players a chance. His hand has been forced somewhat by injuries, but that's sometimes when players get their chance and take it, like the lad Marcus Rashford did last night. I hope he has a great future, starting after the game on Sunday
I'm hoping that United can, at the very least, put up a half decent fight, this weekend. I fear, however, that they are going to be made to look like muppets.
