I notice on the Liverpool board a poster by the name "Binomial" is not exactly pandering to the mentality that the glory days are just around the corner and this has resulted in absolute carnage in recent weeks.

I see. What I'm trying to point out is how dangerous it is to not go by the herd mentality on the Liverpool board. I am a victim of posting astute observations on their board, and the relentless abuse was something akin to what you would see when Stevie G would berate a referee when he doesn't fall for one of the classic "starfish" dives.
Because he doesn't think Klopp is guaranteed to win them the title next season he is assumed to be a United fan on the wind up.
