Leeds, after selling Kasper because he let in 70 goals last season, have signed Andy Lonergan.
Lonergan let in 79 goals last term (including 6 when Leeds played Preston during the season)

HAHAHA 1. Lonergan didn't let in 79 goals as he was training with Everton for the last 16 games of the season.
2. It was Kasper who let in 6 against Preston, and you spent more than £1m for him!
I would have Schmeichel over Lonergan any day of the week. And i am sure all the Leeds fans would be they wouldnt admit it. They was all signing Kaspers praises and then he leaves and the clown that is Ken Bates slags Kasper off and now all the Leeds fans think he crap

Id rather have loners any day over kasper! But what do you expect when you have St Ledger in front of you! Oops didnt you just sign him?
The only people who have sung Kasper's praises from our end are the muppets that piss everyone off anyway. People like QSS and Clivetime.
As for the yelling at his defense you lot keep going on about, you'll learn to hate it when you realise he's blaming his defense for his mistakes.
I'll give my honest assessment of how Kasper did with us and leave it with you to think ove and decide if he was worth it.
PROS: Good natural ability, great shot stopper, won us a few games with his saves, raises his game for big occasions and is confident in his own ability.
CONS: That confidence unfortunately usually shows itself as arrogance, he never admits fault for any goals, lost us just as many games (if not more) with his mistakes as he won us with his saves, kicks the ball aimlessly up the field at every opportunity, had no relationship with the back 4, has a major attitude problem; refused to train as the GK coaches told him and went off to do his own thing and alienated himself from the rest of the squad with his "do you know who my father is?" attitude.
And that was for the highest wage in the squad.
IMO his form will drop considerably when he doesn't feel he has to impress anymore and until that changes he will never make it beyond this level.

except it's not just that is it? You lot come on our board all the time actin hard n like you're the big boys in the league when you know deep down you're really not. I can't describe how much I hope your overpriced, overrated squad fails to deliver this season. You'll get shown up as mugs by so many clubs who cashed in.

we haven't sold any of our good players though
and the averageness of the players you have bought is so hilarious I'm going to have to have my sides stapled back together Simon, it takes all 11 players to have a good defence record!! Leeds attacking was great last season but when in front let 2 - 3 goal leads slip!! I suppose its Kaspers fault. Lets see how you get on this season......
