I never had a problem with her when she was on the bike winning medals. Then I watched a documentary on her and came away thinking that she was pretty much a "spoilt brat". Then she decides that she wants to "have a go" at horse racing and everyone bends over backwards and goes buying her horses and give her time and training because she is a gold medallist. Now I am damn sure that there are dozens of amateur jockeys out there with far greater talent when it comes to riding horses that are far more deserving of such a leg up. However, because they are not "box office" they do not get this opportunity...she does!

Fair point Stick, but is she any different in that respect than the forum's favourite Corinthian?

I'm biased because I was inspired by her cycling performances. Hope she gets round safe and sound <ok>

Over at Fakenham.......anyone taking 4/6 on the bint on the bike winning must seriously get their head tested. She should be evens to get round, she fell off one on the flat for Christssake!
Anyone taking the 9/2 about POTTERS LADY JANE in the bumper should, however, be handsomely rewarded.
Well done on Potters Lady Jane.

Rarely dabble on the all-weather, unless I'm at Lingers on the p1ss.

17:50 Wolves: Celestial Bay 7/2.

Nice shout stick - you are the unrivalled bumper king !
Wonder what your level stakes profit is for this discipline ? Must be high

Torreon @ 22/1 Wolves 7:20 - may well have a good chance to improve upon his debut 4th where he encountered problems along the run. Kirby remains up top which is a plus around here and he can make the frame here granted it looks very open and I expect improvement with a clear passage.

Found an interesting little stat. Only 2 of 48 runners who won at southwell went on to win next time out at Wolverhampton (air of york and heavens eyes).

Englishwoman may be worth taking on.

Rampers finished 3 3/4 length behind her last time and gets 12lbs.
Make that 3 from 49.

That will do, better than a kick in the arse as they say. Looked the winner most of the way but the fave stuck at it well. Both well clear of the 3rd too, should win soon.

not making any excuses but pendelton was kicked out of the saddle earlier--it happens --she did have a dodgy jump earlier though<whistle>
