It looks like he is expecting to be sacked. He's run out of ideas and honestly he should be put out of his misery. He looks as puzzled as anyone why his team is so bad. No fight and passion or even teamwork. Never mind the flair.
He's gradually destroyed any confidence the players had. It's all part of the philosophy. Given another couple of years he'll get it right, if you don't understand that then you don't know what you're talking about and aren't a real fan who gets sales calls from the ticket office.
