We're severely lacking those sort of characters at the club Sku, only Hill fits that criteria and it's a big ask at his age to play week in week out.

Maybe Faurlin could step into that role, he is vocal, and would be one of the first names on team sheet when fit, therein lies the problem.....

Perch a possibility if he was a bit more consistent and seen as leadership quality.......

Karl Henry....cough, cough.....

The barrel is being scrapped.....

Agree. John Tarasovic is a non-starter.

Michael Dawson (at 32 probably a bit too old)
Alan Judge

IMO first target has to be a Henry Derry type for the team a players that just sits Barton by the way was never one of this type of player
A player that can play 46 games and captain the side this player need also needs a trainee I would look no further than France as they invented the water carrier .... 50 or more current players who know what this is about as they are bred for this role

Stamboli Yolanda Skhiri
Diallo etc etc

Let's sign this Henry Derry chap, he sounds just the ticket.

Peter I have read and re-read this....and this reads as though you are accusing many fans on here (and loomo in particular due to your use of his post) of racism.

I take exception to this, and would like an apology or a recindment....unless you can demonstrate where this has happened.

And I will re-iterate as I have said on many threads before. I do not think that Ned is a good on field leader
Still no retraction or apology. ive been a long time reader and occasional poster. In my view this typifies what is wrong with this Board at the moment. Full of keyboard warriors and WUMs The art of balanced and passionate debate about Qpr has gone. Im done it. Implying I am in some way racist is at the core of everything i find abhorrent and Peter Damage has done that. The fact that nearly all of you seem to find this acceptable by not commenting on it is a sad indictment of what has become acceptable on here

Calm down. You agreed with the negative inference of pace and power rather than viewing them positively. I asked for justification of this. It hasn't been justified.

I pointed out stats from the season and used Saturdays game with the critique of Onouha again but lack of it for Hall despite him being culpable for first and third goal to suggest an established psychological theory as a reasoning since no other was suggested.

Explain yourself and I can take on board what you really might have meant to say instead of agreeing with a negative view of pace and power as defensive attributes

Read my posts. And don't tell me to calm down. Remove my post. Last chance
For the record read my responses. I was actually agreeing that he uses his pace to get out of trouble. So pace is not a negative its a positive to aid in what I think are his weakness. You really are something else. Next time I'm at the bush come and say hello and insinuate I'm a racist to my face

I think I mentioned that I didn't agree with the racist overtones damage was suggesting.
You'll probably find that most people have kept out of it because we all know what damage can be like.

He's like a dog with a bone. Try not to let him get to you.
This racism bollocks is just that........bollocks!
Some of our fans' favourite players of all time have been both black and foreign over the years.

Okay, well let me know your name, block and seat number

Or you can let me know why when I asked Norway what was negative about Onouha using pace and power to defend you agreed with that

All good fun lads .

The power of unity cannot be underestimated I for one among many appreciate the way Jim has brought this old church back together. Christ on a bike, this fella is an utter clown.

Reminds me of when Hughes and his drunk assistant ran out of ideas, took them a while longer to get found out. I wanted Jim to get 10 into next season before passing judgment now I don't want him around that long.

Out of his depth and drowning.

McLaren of the Scteve next then please Tony and stop dragging your feet you great tit.

Are the results more important than performances? If we were fighting like meth lions then I for one would care if we lost or drew, but these gutless setups are a waste of time its, clear Jim doesn't have a scooby who his best 11 is, or how to arrange them.

Does anyone else think Hasselbaink does know what he's doing and that, with time, he'll come good in spite of the mess the club is in off the pitch?

Let's say hypothetically he got sacked today. Who then comes in? What do we expect of them this season considering we are currently so far from both the playoffs and relegation?
