Barca are pretty good I don't think many teams can live with them , certainly not Tottenham if they manage to qualify next season.

Spuds trying to wum Arsenal about the Champions League is like Brentford trying to wum Chelsea for not winning the league this season.

Okay, I'll ride the "yeah, but your mum stinks, too"" jibe, and I will say that I am confident that Spurs could never do any worse than Arsenal against Barca.

Oh dear! I wondered how long it would take for Gooners and their lap-dog sympathisers to reach the "yeah, but your mum stinks!" level.
<doh>
Not much point ripping the piss out of Arsenal not having a chance against Barcalona if your own side gets raped by Scandinavian part timers .<laugh>

I think it's nearly a bad thing for Arsenal that they have closed the gap to 2 points. The pressure and expectation is now on and, to say the least, this is not something we have seen Arsenal thrive on in recent times.

Didn't Arsenal get knocked out of the CL by a little side called Monaco?

Hm. I wonder how Spurs got on against that side? ....

Every season is going to be the one where you finish above Arsenal ,but we all know Spuds will choke at the finish again quicker than the last few seasons.

Arsenal's best bet of winning the league is being within touching distance and nicking it in the last 2-3 games because they are hideous at actually staying top of the table for very long.

Will West Ham catch United for 5th ?

Maybe, they are terrible! I wasn't even Wumming though, Arsenals best chance really is to nick it in the last few games because they are not good at leading the pack.

I'd be perfectly happy with us nicking it with 2-3 games to go <ok>

Liverpool 0-5 up now. HIAG will be on suicide watch if the Spuds lose <laugh>

It's the strutting arrogance that I have always hated.

This is one of the worst Arsenal sides of all time, and they simply do not deserve top 4, let alone to win the title.

If £ity beat beat us today, I won't mind, so long as they go on to win the title.

Feeling really gutted for Leicester.
..me too ..just on my way back ..was sitting in North bank with Goons right on top of both Simpson yellows..ref caved in to fan pressure...we gave a stupid free kick away for the winner mind ..otherwise amazing defending..

I thought you battled really well today, especially when you went down to 10 men. The red was deserved imo. He was on a yellow, then tugged Giroud back holding onto his arm and prevented a break, it was very silly to do. To be fair, Drinkwater was lucky to stay on after that studs up lunge on Ramsey.

It must have been some experience for you being in the North Bank when Welbz nodded home that winner <magic>

Wow, the teams who have to still play Villa will be looking at an opportunity to increase their GD

six for Pool now <yikes>

Simpson's stupidity cost Leicester a point, at least, IMO. Yes, Giroud made the most of it, but it was just idiotic to grab his shirt like that right under Atkinson's nose - especially when you've only just been booked.

He didn't just have hold of his shirt, he had hold of his arm and tugged him back, preventing Giroud from breaking. It was a very silly yellow to get, but nonetheless it was a yellow.
