A mate dressed up as a tramp for a fancy dress party and nipped into the off license to grab some beers to bring along. The guy behind the counter saw him and assumed he was a tramp, went into the back room and got the warm special brews out for him :)

Can't drink beers due to being on this crash diet :(, not long now though and I've just been drinking spirits instead!
Getting pissed from spirits isn't half as fun or merry though.

I'd lost 1 stone on one before in the summer and kept it off, but then stopped from my 21st birthday onward until I resumed by starting the Cambridge Diet about a month and a half ago - so far lost 2 and a half stone on that, with about 2 to go til target weight.
Currently I'm around the weight I was when I was playing rugby, but I want to be at the lower end of my BMI if possible!
Once I've lost the weight I'll be using weight watchers to maintain and getting back into footie <ok>

Already been doing weights, got my old exercise regime planner from pre-season rugby out, it's how I kept the stone off and lost the rest so quickly (Alongside the diet)

I'm not actually classed overweight anymore which is canny <ok>, for me now it's more about fitness and toning and getting down as far as I can, so then I have a buffer if I do ever slip up.
Wasn't down to bad foods really, just a lack of exercise since I got injured & stopped playing rugby just before uni, then being up/eating at the wrong times I quickly piled the weight on.
