It's a really difficult one this, we always seem to do better with Catts in the team but playing with 3 defensive midfielders does not work. Terribly tough decision to drop him but I would go like this:
..................Pickford....................
Mathews..Kone..Kaboul....PVA
..........Kirchkoff...Mvilla.............
N'doye..........Lens...........Khazri
..................Defoe.......................

Mathews because lets face it he can't be any worse than Jones.

Difficult going with Lens over AJ but I just don't think AJs mind will be on football with his court case going on. That side has loads of pace. Khazi and Lens are interchangeable too. I just think if we go for fast counter attacks vs Man U we might get an early goal and then go on to win the game. They are not the quickest team anymore and the side above has loads of pace, plus 2 players in the middle who can pick a pass. Bring Catts on when we are ahead to kill the game off.

Our weakness in the last game was Jones, Manone and the lack of a creative midfielder.

Looks good mate....except N'doye, he isnt a winger/midfielder , i would hoy yedlin instead. Cant defend for **** but boot it in behind for him to run on too

or maybe have a midfield of

With Mvilla given a bit less defensive duty , and catts being asked to do nowt but get stuck in

Can,t find much wrong with that. Need full backs who can be full backs, or, we try the 3CB,s again, wasn't,t a great success, so maybe Kirchoff in front of back 4, Wasabi,PVA M,Vila, Defoe N,Doye

Ah yes - the old beachball gag eventually rears it's head - get over it man FFS - Liverpool won a game with Daniel Sturridge punching the ball in against us and Skrtel taking one of our lot out 1 v 1 with the keeper without a free kick even being given - none of the press go on about that - the only incorrect decision in a SAFC v Liverpool match that has been conclusive is the beach ball!

Don't fear for "poor billy jones" - he gets paid thousands of pounds a week to be ****e - we pay to be put through his awful performances! Fear for us lot!
