If you bought an attacker would you get his replacement in first or after you sold him? Bear in mind it's January.

Your replacement was in before he left, you've added two forwards, NDoye and Khazri and you've shifted two absolute toads Fletcher and Graham.
This

I am disappointed we don't look like adding anymore but a striker is not something I feel we need to prioritize

Logic would tell you to get them in beforehand, not doubt.

N'Doye was a replacement for Graham. Khazri isn't an out and out striker as far as I'm aware.

Steven Fletcher’s loan move from Sunderland to Marseille has been completed. That could actually be a very good move for the Scotland striker. He is out of contract in the summer and if he impresses, the Ligue 1 club might just offer him a permanent deal. And the weather is a tad nicer in the south of France compared to Wearside.

We couldn't afford a player who bangs them in like him any way. Keep him fit and give him service, tighten up at the back and we'd be fine.

Still got this horrible sinking feeling :(

We've unloaded some massive under-achievers. So that's a bonus.

Sam's got 5 in. If he's happy with this window's business, then we have to trust the man.

If Sam ISN'T happy with this window's business, we'll only know about it when Sam's next book is published.

Big month this. Got to keep in touch.

Absolutely. We need to see a different attitude in these coming big games.

6 or 7 wins and a few draws are a minimum over the rest of the season, but January will give us some idea about how the adjusted squad is gelling.

Marseille’s official website on Steven Fletcher: “He will not leave you unmoved. It will not go unnoticed. Neither at the Velodrome stadium nor on other stages in France. OM has a Scotsman with an engine. Knowing the mindset of the fans, it is already good news.”

He`s loaned one of our best players. <grr>
