When Spurs last won the league, Gary Lineaker was still in nappies <laugh>

When Spurs last won the league JFK had yet to be assassinated, really puts it into perspective how we're dealing with ancient history here.

When Spurs last won the league, they weren't even a London club.

Arsenal - the only north London team to win the league and double :)

Usual desperate attempt at Gooner wumming - this old & tired chestnut!

Spurs have always been part of the area and have been at WHL since 1899. Unlike a certain bunch of immigrants from South of the river!

Hence our name - Tottenhan Hotspur Hence theirs - Woolwich Arsenal

Are you trying to deny the factual evidence of my post ?

Spurs. First team to do the league and cup double in the 20th century. First English club to ever win a major European trophy.

Woolwich Arsenal are a bunch of immigrants from south of the river, hence their name.

Those are facts!

Not London team

We had a London post code N17 as its always been. You're the nomads, the immigrants. Not us. We've been in the area since we were formed.

Now, I have more important things to do than waste any more time on this nonsense.

I'm not disputing that, simply stating that Arsenal were the first London club to win the double <ok>
