I see Felix younger goes at punchestown tomorrow. Is he a champion chase horse at the festival. I asked this question on the ante post thread but got no response. I thought our Irish cousins might have some opinions I saw him win at punchestown last year, have got some great photos of him jumping the last but have no idea how to upload them on here. I see ruby rides.
NOT A BOTHER BOY 2.45 Sedgefield. Won a couple over this CD and think he will go in again tomorrow. Taken 7/2.
Hi Florida. Felix Yonger has 2 entries at the festival. He is entered in the Queen Mother Champion Chase and also in the Ryanair Chase. I think he is a little short of what it takes to win either of those and if he were to place in any of them he would have done extremely well. He has won 11 of his 22 starts, but I think Grade 2/3 level is his area.
Have a look in the User Guide (Advanced Posting) to see if that helps. If your image is too big (ie >2mb) there is another way. Let me know if you need any help
Not For Burning 16/1 E/W (Powers) Punchestown 2.30 Sneezy Foster's horse has been in fine form since reverting back to hurdling over the winter after two failed chase attempts. Racing from a mark of 116 here she has plenty to find on OR's with some of these but carrying this low weight in the conditions could prove vital along with her allowances. Just one horse has carried 10st 12 lbs or more to win this in the last 10 running so that bodes very well. Being a pertemps qualifier it's hard to know who is showing the true strength of their hand here, but with 16 currently standing, Not For Burning is definitely capable of landing a blow against this field. Have a good Sunday lads
Away from racing, I have backed Andy Murray at 9/2 on the exchanges. He is the other best 'defender' in tennis alongside Novak and I'm hoping he can take Djokovic into the trenches- from there he'll need a bit of lady luck on his side. It's a big price for a finalist- no matter how brilliant Djokovic is. He might get brushed aside 3-0, but I just want him to make it a classic, because these two when they're throwing the kitchen sink is always special.
Didnt realise the tennis was on Eurosport! Got a little on Murray at 9/2 but realistically expect 3-0 to Djokovic
Lucky 15 for me today: 1:45 Sedgefield - Libby Mae 5/2 2:45 Sedgefield - Racing Europe 11/4 2:30 Punchestown - Oscar Sam 7/2 4:05 Punchestown - Folsom Blue 8/1
Well he actually has a good chance in this Oddy with no Un De Sceaux. However he's not a horse I'd take shortish prices about- Twinlight worries me as he is unpredictable and could pop up with a better performance. Mozoltov looked very decent set time out and if he jumps well again I think he'll win, but he is just as likely to unseat. I think the fact they persevere with him tells you a lot about his natural ability.
So Terry Wogan has died,I always had my suspicions he was another Jimmy Saville type. Let's hope I'm wrong and this isn't yet another nonce who had to die before the victims saw any justice
ffs smokey let them put him in the ground before you start questioning the mans character. The man was a legend in Ireland.
Got a free £25, was tempted with an early bet for Cheltenham but fancy Willie to hit back today. Myska, Felix Yonger double
Was just about to say that I think Ruby will have a good day today and get at least a treble as these two should be winning. Of the other 3 rides think they could all go close aswell.
I don't recall any false grieving for JS. I'm just thankful he never responded to any of my letters to Jim'll Fix It. Absolutely spot on regarding free speech though.
