If it weren't for his wages, I'd keep him. He's a good player and could be part of our best lineup.

Pound for pound probably our worse ever signing. £10m and £50,000 a week! He went off injured on his debut v Man U ( replaced by Karl Henry) the writing was on the wall ever since. Maybe SWP tops him. He scored one goal for us but I don't recall it.

Yet another poor signing by QPR (Harry in this case). I won't miss him because he wasn't on the pitch long enough.
However
It worries me that we are buying and being linked to League One players. Okay to bring in the odd one or two but if JFH thinks that having a team full of lower league players will get us promoted next year he is wrong.

I agree with all of that. It's also why I'd like us to keep some quality and experience, which we have in Phillips, in a key position where we are light, and to a lesser extent Fer. I know we could use the cash to bring in other quality, but too much player turnover is likely to be disastrous as we saw not very long ago. Or has every one forgotten Mr Hughes?

Good, we are slowing making progress to where we need to be as a club, playing roster and overall stability.
A few more twists and turns to go but hopefully we are building a team of young, costs effective, enthusiastic players who will have a dig for the club. It's only a loan but just the decision to bump him tells us the club is pointing in the right direction.
Harry would have kept him on the books, that's the difference.

Dyer was paid a similar amount and barely got on the pitch but don't think we paid a transfer fee.

I can remember Sandro's goal it was quite a sweet half volley from just outside the area to the near post. Can't remember who against (maybe that comeback against Newcastle?).

I can only assume WBA is the Wisconsin Banjo Association and Pullis is the nickname for their constipated band leader.

The project is over. We're cutting our cloth to measure now.

Pretty sure his goal was against Newcastle in a dead rubber win after we were down. Awful signing, bought after a year out with a knee injury he got at loftus road, by a manager who had previously overseen his past injuries.

Just to make it clear Harry didn't sign Sandro TF did, another case of being swayed by a big name and not engaging the brain. That said Arry obviously wanted him for some reason.
