I think if they shared one brain cell, it would be lonely! One thing I love about John Terry was his put down of Savage! 
Must be Savage as he hates us because we laughed when he got his leg broken at The Vic - he made it clear on 606 one night. Merson is just a washed up old coke head who hasn't got a clue!
Reverse psychology from Merson methinks as I understand that he's actually a boyhood Watford fan. I've refereed his brothers who ran a team in the HSCL years ago and he used to supply their kit. Apparently he only signed for Arsenal because their representatives wouldn't leave the house unit he did.... at about 3:00am.

To balance it out, whilst he isn't everyone's cup of tea, Ian Wright is very generous in his praise for us.
My first home in Weston (2003) my next door neighbour was Savage's doppelganger, I had an irrational hatred of him and never really spoke to him!
