Trouble is keeping players like them some then think that's good enough no need to get better in.

Personally rather the quality player in for these types to have to raise their game. They just do enough. not wow what a performance that was by them.

Moreno is terrible. Technically good, athletically good but just so dumb. You have basically got a bosingwa at left back.

Flanagan is a far better defender than him any day of the week and whilst not as technical is far more effective.
