This proves that beards are best. Most average No 8 at a time when there were some world class ones...grew his beard and hair and became the highest paid rugby player of his day...

I remember reading an article once about the very subject of women's attraction to beards. Apparently the more common beards are the less women are attracted to them. Conversly, when beards are less common women are attracted to them. Makes sense because studies show people (especially women) are more attracted to nonconformists.

I guess that means if you want to attract women have a beard when they're out of fashion and shave it when they're I'm fashion.

Personally I am usually beardless but occasionally let one grow for a month or so until it irritates me or wife starts complaining.

The whole point of having a beard is to prove you don't care what the bitches think <whistle> [HASHTAG]#manup[/HASHTAG]
 
I thought that beared were gorwn for:

a) proving you are not a wuss... cos you are as you are worried about it... ou grow it to prove you are not a pussy to other men

or

b) cos you are a fruit... hipster, metro sexual whatever... grown to look good for other men.

or

c) cos you hate shaving and it irritates you.


Bascially you can usually tell a mile off why a guy has a beard..

the A and B types were skinny jeans and have man bags too. you can always tell a guy that feels inferior just look at this numpty

I typically have a 5 o'click shadow by noon.

Typically when I grow a beard it's because I don't feel like shaving over the weekend and on Monday I figure "meh, I already have a beard now might as well keep it."


I do hate shaving, but I don't like having much more than a very short beard either. What I really don't like is that very first shave after having a beard. :(

My Mrs (nm) bought a superb beard trimmer for Christmas. Shaving the beard off was far too easy
