Agree col they should go for it, stokes only knows one way to play & that is attack, the two in now & next 3 in are all attack minded.
Hales could reasonably have expected that ball to clear the stumps, but it just didn't bounce. Hard to see him keeping his place now, though. It would be good to see England go for it tomorrow. Get to lunch with no more than one wicket gone and you never know - nothing to lose!

Actually Facto have to disagree with you, 2-0 or 3-0 is so much better than on paper a close 2-1 series win.....Also England have now lost 7 of the last 8 series matches....suggests they either switch off or lack the fibre to keep the foot on the throat the same way as the Aussies do...... Still mustn't take a way from a very good series win containing 2 comprehensive wins when it mattered.....
