Too many people with beards! It's like a ****ing virus. It suits some and not others, it doesn't make you more of a man and in general I'm told it makes you less attractive to women which would be a worry.

Some women like them, some women don't.

FYI: A lot of women don't like cunnalingus from men with a beard.

I remember reading an article once about the very subject of women's attraction to beards. Apparently the more common beards are the less women are attracted to them. Conversly, when beards are less common women are attracted to them. Makes sense because studies show people (especially women) are more attracted to nonconformists.

I guess that means if you want to attract women have a beard when they're out of fashion and shave it when they're I'm fashion.

Personally I am usually beardless but occasionally let one grow for a month or so until it irritates me or wife starts complaining.

Had mine for like year n bit now. Think it suits me, when I've shaved since I look really young!

ive not got a proper beard though, just bit of designer stubble <whistle>

I have missed the beard thread lol.

Had one now for a year..like tattoos...start with a close almost stubbly thing and gradually let it get thicker...

More bloody work than shaving.

And I'm ginger <laugh>

Use electric to trim then believe it or not the old bic one blade to shape...all my four bladey stuff wasn't accurate enough!

Read a piece on attractiveness thing and its about standing out...so first guys to have beards in a population without are noticed then they become common so then the dudes with out are "different" so noticed.

As I said I'm ginger so not a problem either way for me lol....

Nice bit of stubble now, like Bisc says "designer stubble", not a big fan of hipster beards but it does suit some.

Hate the massive hipster beards you see, make them look like a right twat, the Pirlo / Allen length is optimal ... see my sig pic ... that's where mine is at right now and I intend to maintain that, even getting the longer hair now as well <laugh> [HASHTAG]#mancrush[/HASHTAG] [HASHTAG]#stylegoals[/HASHTAG]

Same. Normally let it get to where it's irritating me with itching or too much hassle with having to trim it to keep the right length so off it all comes. That or once or twice when I've ****ed the neckline up and had to shave it because I look like a ****** hick. Think I'm gonna keep this one for a bit.

Not bothered about fashion, if I have one it's because i feel like it in this moment, nothing to do with what others are doing

I had a massive beard yesterday morning, hadn't shaved at all for nearly five months. Got rid of it yesterday afternoon though, cold as **** now <laugh>
