Victor Valdes has joined Standard Liege from Manchester United on loan for the remainder of the season.
Is he on Twitter?
If so it must be true.
On Twatter? Excuse me, if the Boro' fan isn't a taxi driver that particular rumour isn't worth 'owt!
A Middlesbrough fan seemed certain Bamford was off to Norwich on loan?
Is he dead? R.i.p. SteveWord from the snooker club is we're re-signing David Brown, Stuart Green, Billy Whitehurst and Steve Massey.
(That last one is admittedly a reach.)

I'll merge this into the transfer thread later.
Agreed, thought it was a shame losing him and if the Boro thing comes off, hope he doesn't return to haunt us.Ramirez would be an excellent player at this level. He started getting a lot better towards the latter part of his loan here, although no helped by being continually being played out of position.
When he first came, he was a precious little flower. The gust from someone breathing on him was enough to send him off balance and tumbling to the floor. Fast forward to the 3-2 home defeat to Chelsea, he was wrestling people off the ball and causing havoc.
He definitely went back to Southampton a better player, or better suited to the premier league at least. I think he's unlucky he's not been given a real crack of the whip.
Was that before or after they got Naismith? How many forwards do they want - who do they think they are, Derby??
Burnley are in talks with Tottenham Hotspur about a loan move for midfielder Alex Pritchard.
He should add another 10 goals to Grays total....those two are a deadly combination!!
Watford are recalling striker Diego Fabbrini from Boro (he's scored 6 in 26 appearances this season), as they've agreed a £1m permanent deal with Birmingham.
