I prefer to think of it as 'gentle joshing' NSIS ... and for the record, I shall be both watching and cheering you on against Fiorentina .. as I will Arsenal against Barca ... (and any other British club in Europe for that matter) ... I assure you that I have no bias towards the London clubs .. I'd like my team to finish above ALL of you preferably and, whilst that is highly unlikely, should that be the case, wouldn't give a flying as to what order you finish in below us ... ... as to the posts on here ... Fair enough. But, as we've all said, you have to learn to take it as well as hand it out. I agree about supporting English teams in Europe, although I was sorry to see The Chavs win the CL with such dismal football. I really was hoping that either Barca or Bayern would do them. You guys have done incredibly well! Far better than anyone predicted. But, it's a long old season, as I think you may be starting to find out. if you can hang on and get a place in Europe that would be a major step forward for your club.
So, what happens is this... I post something that, to any reasonably intelligent person, is clearly banter and meant to be taken in jest, and you (and other assorted fcukwits) come along and take offence at it (or otherwise take it at face-value), post something insulting, and end up engaging in a round of mutually masturbatory "likings." I think today's result, against Palace, and the two wonder strikes - one from Alli (surely, goal of the season!) and the other from Chadli - is fully deserving of this... It adds a little bit of spice to tomorrow's game, when Arsenal play Chelsea....
..likewise..we'll just have to disagree on who owned who as I'm still grinning rather smugly ... albeit with a tinge of guilt I didn't mean to make the self proclaimed wum master cry .. you might want to pass him a tissue (should cover all bases) ..
My cry of "owned!" is made at its currently frequency in order to counteract Pixie's cry of "wum fcuk-up!" Between us, we keep this board balanced, because if ever there came a time where one or the other dominated, dark days would engulf us.
