Happy to answer. Years of disappointment followed by years of success means that I am pretty comfortable with what my club is, was and will be.Can't quite answer that can you?.... truth must hurt in mankerland.
The etihad is a better more modern stadium than the toilet. Most fans preferred their old groundsHappy to answer. Years of disappointment followed by years of success means that I am pretty comfortable with what my club is, was and will be.
Better owners? No question
Better fans? Matter of opinion, I know what yours is (although it's seemingly based on one trip to Manchester where you met a load of southerners!)
Better stadium? I'd completely disagree. The Etihad is a stadium built for athletics and is utterly soulless with no sense of place or history. Most City fans preferred Maine Road
Better team? Yes although they need an overhaul as really they should be pissing the league
Better future? Who knows what the future holds?! It's certainly looking brighter for both City and United than Chelsea at the minute! Is that why you're going so pro City?!
Did you go to both stadiums on your one visit to Manchester? The etihad is a better more modern stadium than the toilet.
so whilst they prefer Maine Road and it's all about the fans it doesn't matter that the fans preferred Maine Road as the Etihad is a more modern stadium. Riiiiiight! Old stadiums have more character and can be updated to include modern facilities whilst retaining their history and character. That is the preference of most clubs. Like Chelsea. And Arsenal. But when that's not possible they build new stadiums. They may be shiny and new but that doesn't make them better. The same is true of houses. Most fans preferred their old grounds because of the memories, standing areas and atmosphere...... Citys fan base is local to manchester,
which is what it should be all about.......
that's just a statement of opinion not fact (which is par for the course it seems with you). As much as I loathe the Glazers they have put United in a very healthy financial position which means we will always be able to compete. Chelsea on the other hand need to make the QF of the CL every season to get around the breakeven point. Given you are currently in a relegation battle I'd say the future is looking decidedly shaky at the moment. City I would say are sorted. They've gone about the new money thing in a much more professional and long term way than Chelsea did which is why they've already overtaken them by some way and have a much better foundation for future success. Perhaps that's why you're becoming such a big fan of them. The owners of city and chelsea will make sure their futures are better than uniteds.
Unfortunately fans rarely get what they want.Have to have what they're given......Did you go to both stadiums on your one visit to Manchester?

CPO fought to protect the Stamford Bridge site. Probably news to you.Unfortunately fans rarely get what they want.Have to have what they're given......
no ****, the fans didn't want it though and the club tried all angles before they decided to move. Have you been to the Emirates. Great stadium, utterly soulless. It's not just about how shiny the place is, stadiums should have a sense of history and character.Arsenal did move by the way
I think most Chelsea fans would at least prefer to stay on the site of SB. You have a VERY modern view of being a Chelsea fan.and chelsea would if they could find somewhere more suitable.
Unlikely, the ground is already very big and functions well (apart from the transport out on certain match days but that's true of most grounds in populated areas). It hosts internationals, finals, music events...a grand old stadium with a very modern set up. Boxes ticked!United will move one day
So who are all those people at the stadium every match?!your ground is a **** hole at a **** hole which doesn't appeal to your rich surrey based support.
Get out of your armchair and learn something pal!Japanese and Swedish tourists probably.CPO fought to protect the Stamford Bridge site. Probably news to you.

In which sense? Suggest you go to the thread title and read again, we are talking stadia. Cutting edge design verses aging **** hole.
meltdown, bite, yum, yum, CFC wins?Wow. Mega plastic meltdown into polymers... Arsenal 87 style
30 posts is more than you've managed since you went into hiding and started boning up on Leicester City!He completely lost it, No One Famous style. 30 posts already today on the Chelsea board, he needs to get a job or new obsession.

Find me the land in Surrey that can accommodate that stadium and I'll take an option on it! There'd be a good drink in it for you!
