Positive stuff there from JFH. Haven't seen anything of the game, but it was especially good to hear he was happy with Luongo, doing the "dirty" work first and then doing more further forward 2nd half. See he made Phillips goal with a good through ball.

Well, on the one hand it's good to know he's straight talking and can influence performance, on the other it's a shame they weren't set up for work rate and endeavour from the kick off.

Hoilett's been one of if not our best player in the last few weeks. I'm inclined to give him the benefit of the doubt as I'm not sure he's got the nous to up his game come contract renewal or transfer time.
I wouldn't be surprised if it is a little of both. But it could also be JFH's man management that is making a difference. But really couldn't care as long as he keeps performing, to the level he can.
