The trust is Newcastle were in and he wanted to go but they wanted to pay in stages. He was promised the number 9 shirt but we held firm wanting payment in one go. That's all that stopped it.
Palace ruled him out, they don't want him and now Bournemouth off the list as they are now signing Benik Afobe for £10mil. Austin will leave for a free in the summer, and he will sign for one of the newly promoted club. I can't see who else will take him if they aren't taking him now when he's practically being offered out.
Carroll chronically injured (AGAIN)...Spam to make a move (this one is I am afraid logical, and so could happen)
I reckon a West Ham move would be unlikely - would require large amounts of humble pie for one of their odious owners or Charlie to have simply forgotten that this every happened... http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/34011370 Of course a massive signing on fee and some substantial wages might help his memory loss but that would just be cynical...
This! There is very little chance he is going to that lot after what has been said about 'injury prone Charlie'
Hasn't been good this season, however the West Ham chairman suggested he had underlying issues, yet he has pretty much played 30 games plus every season
Even though their owner completely mugged him off? Palace is the obvious move for me, none of their strikers are scoring, it wouldn't require him moving his family and a deal could easily be done involving a swap with Dwight Gayle, both partie and both clubs would be better off! (By better off for us I mean as opposed to losing Charile for nothing)
Think about it. Spam need a striker are a much bigger club than Palarse and will be moving into the new stadium . Austin would rather be part of that than an unknown palace, especially if Pardew goes and gets England job. Who cares what owner says, if Charlie is playing in the Prem and being noticed for England he won't care.
Palace are small fry compared to Spam. Spam i believe have sold out most of the seats at the new stadium and will be getting 54,000 home gates. They will be going places, sadly we will be going in the opposite direction.
You may well be right but my west ham loving mate reckons a lot of that 54000 gate will be cheap tickets not full price
although i love charlie i think now is the time to sell him and try to bring in some real hungry strikers its fairly obvious to most that hes not going to stay beyond the summer so lets unload and prepare for the summer
Possibly, but I think you're underestimating how much Austin's nose was put out, the only way he would go to spam is with a grovelling apology from Sullivan and there's no chance of that! Don't forget that come the end of the season he can go where he likes and get a better signing on fee as there is no transfer costs, the ball is in his court really and I can't see him wanting to go to a club that slagged him off!
