when you say top talents i presume you mean top young kids like say kent? I think year long loans are certianly out but these guys need to play regularly and be fit. I can see month long loans happening. I think he is going to cull the heads again this summer. We have seen him say 240 registered... too man and 40 youths went. We have a production line or young glads of varying quality that we buy in the likes of lennon etc and they push guys up the chain. Theres going to be a big cull at u21 level and i think our overall quad too.
Bogdan up for sale, if someone offers a Jar of Pickled Onions for him, he could be gone this Jan... Klopp swings the axe for the first time, he could/will be swinging that axe a few others come this summer!
Don't think Klopp would have recalled Ward if that wasn't part of the plan.. See what Ward was like whilst at the same time getting rid of Ron Weasley...
Klopp as said he doesn't like players going out on loan, he prefers them nearby where he can see how they're doing. We've also recalled Ilori who probably isn't going to get a look in.
The fact that Caulker has been bought in on a short term deal could mean (depending on who they perform in training) lack of playing time for Red Lorry But, he'll most likely get another chance against Exeter alongside Caulker (he didn't play for the Saints in the FA Cup.. did he?) Stick Ward in goal.. If Lucas doesn't start against Utd, then he'll most likely start in this game, Bentekkers will also play I think, the rest to be made up of the same team that played them in the first game, maybe Ojo in from the start this time?
Liverpool have seen an offer to take Real Madrid's attacking midfielder Martin Odegaard on loan until the end of the season turned down by the La Liga club, according to reports in Marca. The Spanish sports daily says Los Blancos want to keep the Norway international, 17, at the Santiago Bernabeu until he is ready for first-team action. Translation... reals pet paper use old link to advertise this kid is still alive. Why would we loan a 17year old with zero experience.....
I think we are in a better place. Caulker and lovern or ilori at cb... Randall and Smith at full back... Allen, lucas and brannagan at cm. Benteke ojo and teixteria up front. It's enough.... plus bench of more senior players
AC Milan have joined Liverpool in the race for Ajax star Anwar El Ghazi. The winger has been in fine form this season and has struck eight goals in the Eredivisie so far. The 20-year-old's performances have attracted interest from Liverpool, with Jurgen Klopp a fan of the Dutchman. However, according to Tuttosport, Milan have now joined the race for El Ghazi. The Serie A side scouted the youngster in December and have been impressed by what they have seen. Ajax are said to value El Ghazi at around £8m and Milan are expected to bid in the coming days. ...... Any time you see milan and lfc mentioned together you have to think...hmmmmmm... agent. I've lost count of the amount of guys we get linked to but hey inter or ac are in too. Rarely Juventus for some reason... perhaps our targets are just ****...
Because we only have Firmino, Coutinho, Henderson, Lallana, Allen, Ibe, and Teixeira who can play attacking midfield?
Express Liverpool have made a 'lucrative offer' for Schalke defender Joel Matip, according to reports. A source close to the club has told footballinsider247 that Liverpool have made an approach for the Cameroon international. It's understood to be a big-money offer as the Reds are desperate to complete the deal for the centre-back by January. Jurgen Klopp has reportedly 'sanctioned the move' and has been an admirer of the defender since his days at Borussia Dortmund. And when asked by German newspaper Bild if he was planning to sign Matip last month, he hinted at a possible deal. "Are we interested in Sane and Matip? They are Schalke players, right? It is correct that we are looking at all options," he said. Matip is out of contract in the summer and is believed to be on the look-out for a new challenge after spending 16 years with Schalke from youth level. And Klopp has already shown his intent to sign defenders this week, bringing in Queens Park Rangers' Steven Caulker on loan. The 24-year-old came off the bench to make his debut for the Merseyside club in the thrilling 3-3 draw with Arsenal at Anfield yesterday. So either we've not done a deal or we've made an offer... nobody seems to know. Throwing sane in as well to spice the story I see.
Yeah..... but... they are **** and he is 17 and only knows private jets and b team action I think Bild, marca and the metro have about the same editorial standards.
Good deal for everton. 4mil for Sam byram from leeds. Fee would be at least that on tribuna K so they are stealing a March here. Coleman succession plan right there if some nut job bids 40mil for Coleman like citeh.
